Masters of the Mess
Chef David Ivey-Soto (Judge/Host) and Sergeant First Class Guy Winks (Emcee) present the cooking competitons between the best chefs in the military. Three judges grade the competitors on a point criteria system based on the American Culinary Federation (ACF) rules and procedures. Mini-bios of the competitors highlight their military service and family life. Special sponsor prizes and donantions are awarded to military charity associations on behalf of the competitors.

Douglas Maddox | Producer

A member of the Producers Guild of America since 2007 and Co-Chair of the National Capital Chapter, Maddox has earned more than twenty-five Telly, Communicator and Aurora awards. His most recent feature film producer credits include The Bill Collector (starring Danny Trejo) and a biopic on the early life of noted author and speaker Josh McDowell. Maddox is also the producer of Discoveries of Israel and the award winning Pizza King, which are being distributed internationally by his company DBM Films.

Doug Ross | Producer

Doug Ross is a recognized video professional with proven leadership and extensive experience in the conception, production, and completion of innovative, compelling television programs. Some of his recent work includes: a NORML life feature documentary on medial marijuana; Global View series on History Channel International; China: Engineering an Empire on History Channel; Hubble Space Telescope - NASA-TV; Storm Stories - Chicago Museum of Science & Technology; Global Oil Spill Response for Saudi Aramco; Hawaii's Chinatown - PBS Hawaii. He is the founder of Honolulu Municipal Television. Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Radio-TV-Film and was an Instructor at USC School of Broadcast Journalism.  Member of the Producer's Council of the Producer's Guild of America. Married in China, lives in Washington, DC area with wife and family, speaks conversational Chinese Mandarin; owns HD production gear and editing system.
